Finale aftermath
The morning after the fall of the Noche gang, Creed Rivers returns to the Vena City precinct to find the department celebrating. Chief offers a sincere apology and declares Creed among his finest officers. Aline drops a new case file on his desk before they head out together. They climb into Creed's GTO and drive into the city. The camera drifts upward — past rooftops and neon — and settles on Club Noche, now abandoned and bullet-scarred. The infamous sign flickers once, twice, then dies completely.

PAGE 1
Panel 1:Wide establishing shot of the Vena City Police precinct exterior at morning. Officers cluster near the entrance, some shaking hands, some laughing. A few are still in tactical gear. The building's windows glow warm yellow against the pale morning sky. A banner of radio static and chatter drifts from an open door.
Narrator:“The next morning. Vena City PD.”
Panel 2:Interior of the precinct bullpen. Officers crowd the open floor, clapping each other on the back, raising coffee cups. Printouts and news feeds on wall screens show headlines. The energy is loud and electric. Creed Rivers stands just inside the main door, still in his field jacket, scanning the room with tired, dark eyes.
Panel 3:Medium shot. Chief strides through the celebrating crowd toward Creed, his charcoal service shirt pressed, dark tie loosened. His weathered face carries something rare — genuine relief. He raises one hand in a brief wave as he approaches.
“Chief: Creed.”
Panel 4:Over-the-shoulder shot from behind Creed, facing Chief. Chief's expression tightens slightly — the look of a man choosing his words carefully. He exhales through his nose before speaking.
“Chief: I owe you another apology. For selling you out. That won't happen again.”
Panel 5:Close-up on Chief's broad hand resting firmly on Creed's shoulder. Chief's gold signet ring catches the light. Creed's jaw is set but his posture accepts the gesture without pulling away.
“Chief: If you ever need anything — I've got your back.”
Panel 6:Two-shot, medium close. Chief allows a small, genuine smile — rare on his cynical face. He tilts his head toward the far end of the bullpen where Officer Vargas stands at attention and Officer Matt Steel leans against a desk, arms crossed.
“Chief: You're officially one of my top three cops now. Right up there with Vargas and Steel.”
PAGE 2
Panel 1:Across the bullpen, Officer Vargas stands straight, with his arms crossed, dark eyes fixed on Creed. He gives a single slow, deliberate nod — the highest respect his rigid bearing will allow.
Narrator:“Vargas nods at Creed, finally accepting him.”
Panel 2:Medium shot on Creed Rivers. He returns Officer Vargas's nod — a single, measured dip of his chin. His eyes are steady, tired but clear.
Panel 3:Aline Fonseca steps in beside Creed, dressed in her jacket, a thick manila case file tucked under one arm. She looks sharp and composed. She meets Creed's eye with the faintest trace of a smile. Aline should not be battle damaged, she should not have dirt or blood on her. Have the file be more of a cybertech looking file.
“Aline Fonseca: Congratulations, detective.”
Panel 4:Insert shot — Aline Fonseca's hand drops a thick manila case file flat onto a desk in front of Creed. Papers and a photograph are just visible at the edge of the folder. The slap of it hitting the desk is implied by the angle and the slight bounce of papers inside. Aline should not be battle damaged, she should not have dirt or blood on her. Have the file be more of a cybertech looking file.
“Aline Fonseca: But don't get too comfortable. We’ve already got a new case.”
Panel 5:Medium close on Creed Rivers. He raises one eyebrow at the file, then looks up at Aline. His expression is dry — not surprised, just resigned in the way of a man who expected exactly this. Aline should not be battle damaged, she should not have dirt or blood on her.
“Creed Rivers: Already?”
Panel 6:Two-shot. Creed exhales — a short, quiet sigh. He reaches down and picks up the file with one hand. Aline watches him with calm certainty, arms loosely at her sides. Aline should not be battle damaged, she should not have dirt or blood on her.
“Creed Rivers: There's never a day off in this city. Let's get to work.”
PAGE 3
Panel 1:Wide exterior shot. Creed Rivers and Aline Fonseca push through the precinct's front doors together, stepping into the morning light. The city stretches out before them — pedestrians, traffic, neon signs still lit in the early hour. The world is awake and moving. Aline should not be battle damaged, no blood or dirt on her.
Panel 2:Medium shot. Creed's red GTO sits at the curb — sleek, low, its bodywork gleaming. As Creed and Aline approach. Aline should not be battle damaged, no blood or dirt on her. The car doesn’t have to be a flying car, just a regular car with wheels on the ground
Panel 3:Interior of the GTO. Creed settles into the driver's seat, the case file resting on the center console. Aline closes the passenger door. No words. Creed's hands grip the wheel and he pulls into traffic without looking back. Aline should not be battle damaged, no blood or dirt on her.
Panel 4:Wide aerial shot pulling upward from the red GTO as it merges into city traffic and shrinks below. The precinct recedes. The city grid spreads out — neon signs, concrete towers, early morning haze. The GTO is a small red shape moving through grey streets.
Narrator:“The city is already waking up. It never really stopped.”
PAGE 4
Panel 1:Wide aerial shot continuing upward and across the Vena City skyline. Rooftops, water towers, cracked neon signs. The camera drifts deliberately — past the business district, past glowing storefronts — toward a specific block. The atmosphere grows quieter, the streets below emptier.
Narrator:“Past the skyline. Through the streets. To a place that once had a name.”
Panel 2:Wide shot settling on Club Noche from across the street. The building sits abandoned and wrecked. Bullet holes pepper the concrete walls in dense clusters. Windows are shattered — broken glass hanging in the frames like broken teeth. Yellow police barricade tape stretches across the entrance. The street around it is empty.
Panel 3:Close-up on the Club Noche entrance sign above the doors. The neon letters 'CLUB NOCHE' hang at a crooked angle, the mount bent and cracked. The sign flickers — a pulse of red-orange light, then darkness, then another weak pulse.
Narrator:“On. Off.”
Panel 4:Extreme close-up on a single neon letter — the 'N' — its tube cracked, the gas inside it guttering. Light pulses inside the tube: bright, dim, bright, dim. The surrounding letters are already dark.
Narrator:“On. Off. On…”
Panel 5:Wide final shot of Club Noche from across the empty street. The entire neon sign is dark — no light at all. The building stands silent, its walls scarred, its windows hollow. Police barricades frame it like a tombstone. The city stretches endlessly behind it. Nothing moves.
Narrator:“Then — nothing.”
