PAGE 1

Panel 1:An overhead shot of Ken pouring kibble into Pixel's Dog Bowl. Pixel, a fluffy, eager dog, sits patiently beside it, tail wagging slightly.

KEN: There you go, buddy! Breakfast is served!

Panel 2:Pixel enthusiastically devouring his food from the Dog Bowl, kibble flying slightly. Ken watches, smiling.

KEN: You sure are a hungry boy, aren't you?

Panel 3:Pixel has finished his food, the Dog Bowl is empty. He looks up at Ken with wide, innocent eyes, a tiny piece of kibble on his snout.

Panel 4:Ken kneels down, gently ruffling Pixel's fur. Pixel leans into the touch, still gazing up at Ken.

KEN: No, silly. You just ate. You're full!

Panel 5:Pixel's gaze shifts from Ken's face to the Kitchen Counter behind him, where a 'Treat Jar' is prominently displayed.

Panel 6:Close-up on Pixel's face. His eyes are narrowed slightly, a determined, almost scheming glint in them. A tiny smirk plays on his snout.

PIXEL (THOUGHT BUBBLE): Full? No such thing when treats are involved.

PAGE 2

Panel 1:Ken is comfortably settled on the living room couch, absorbed in a book. Pixel sits perfectly still about ten feet away, staring directly at Ken with unwavering intensity.

Panel 2:Ken glances up from his book, sees Pixel staring, and offers a casual, slightly confused shrug before returning to his reading.

KEN: Everything alright, buddy?

Panel 3:Pixel has moved closer, now sitting directly in front of Ken, nose-to-knees, still maintaining intense eye contact. Ken looks a little more unnerved.

Panel 4:Ken puts his book down, a hint of exasperation on his face. Pixel's stare remains unbroken.

KEN: Seriously, what's with the laser eyes?

Panel 5:Ken picks up a 'Squeaky Squirrel Toy' and tries to entice Pixel with it. Pixel ignores the toy completely, his gaze fixed on Ken.

KEN: Want to play? Huh? Squirrel?

Panel 6:Pixel nudges Ken's hand away from the 'Squeaky Squirrel Toy' with his nose, then subtly shifts his head to glance pointedly towards the Kitchen Counter in the distance.

PIXEL (THOUGHT BUBBLE): Priorities, Ken. Priorities.

PAGE 3

Panel 1:Ken is back to reading his book, trying to ignore Pixel. Pixel, now lying a few feet away, emits a low, drawn-out, mournful whine.

PIXEL: Whaaaaaaiiiiiil...

Panel 2:Ken sighs, rubbing his temples, trying to concentrate on his book. Pixel's whine intensifies, becoming louder and more dramatic.

PIXEL: WAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLL!

Panel 3:Pixel has dramatically slumped onto his 'Dog Bed', head resting dejectedly on his paws, looking utterly miserable and starved. A single, exaggerated tear rolls down his cheek.

PIXEL (THOUGHT BUBBLE): Oh, the injustice! The suffering!

Panel 4:Ken peeks over his book, a worried expression crossing his face. He feels a pang of guilt at Pixel's theatrical display.

KEN: ...Pixel?

Panel 5:Ken puts his book aside and goes over to Pixel, kneeling beside the 'Dog Bed' to pet him, trying to comfort him.

KEN: Aww, buddy, what's wrong? You're not starving, I promise. I just fed you!

Panel 6:Pixel looks up at Ken with big, sad, puppy eyes, then quickly and slyly glances towards the Kitchen Counter, making sure Ken sees the direction of his gaze.

PIXEL (THOUGHT BUBBLE): Oh, if only there was a way to make me feel better...

PAGE 4

Panel 1:Ken is in the kitchen, getting a glass of water. Pixel is conspicuously absent from the immediate vicinity.

KEN: Water. Right.

Panel 2:A speech bubble with a loud 'SQUEAK!' emanates from the living room, startling Ken. He spills a little water.

SFX: SQUEAK! SQUEAK! SQUEEEEEAK!

Panel 3:Ken rushes into the living room. Pixel is frantically 'searching' under a couch cushion, making distressed whimpering noises, as if his 'Squeaky Squirrel Toy' is truly lost.

KEN: Pixel? What's going on?

Panel 4:Ken kneels down and pulls out the 'Squeaky Squirrel Toy' from under the cushion. Pixel immediately acts overjoyed, tail wagging furiously, barking happily.

KEN: Aha! Found it! Good boy!

Panel 5:As Ken turns his back to put the toy on the coffee table, Pixel, with lightning speed, nudges the 'Squeaky Squirrel Toy' back under the cushion with his nose, unnoticed by Ken.

PIXEL (THOUGHT BUBBLE): Excellent. Diversion successful.

Panel 6:Pixel then quickly and quietly scurries on all fours towards the Kitchen Counter, his eyes fixed on the 'Treat Jar'.

PAGE 5

Panel 1:Pixel is standing on his hind legs, front paws on the very edge of the Kitchen Counter, stretching his neck towards the 'Treat Jar'. His tongue is slightly out in concentration.

Panel 2:Ken, who was just about to re-enter the living room, hears a slight clatter from the kitchen. He turns his head sharply, a surprised expression on his face.

KEN: Huh? What was that?

Panel 3:Pixel freezes mid-reach, then quickly drops to all fours, looking utterly innocent, tail wagging slowly with fake nonchalance. The 'Treat Jar' is slightly askew.

PIXEL (THOUGHT BUBBLE): Code red! Code red!

Panel 4:Ken walks into the kitchen, his eyes scanning the scene. He notices the 'Treat Jar' is out of place. He eyes Pixel suspiciously.

KEN: Pixel... what were you doing?

Panel 5:Ken moves the 'Treat Jar' further back on the Kitchen Counter, almost touching the wall, making it impossible to reach from the floor.

KEN: Nice try, buddy. But not today.

Panel 6:Pixel sits on the floor, head tilted, a tiny, frustrated growl escaping his throat, unheard by Ken. His eyes are still fixed on the now-distant 'Treat Jar'.

PIXEL (THOUGHT BUBBLE): Oh, it is SO on now.

PAGE 6

Panel 1:Ken is in his home office, engrossed in a video call on his computer. Pixel watches him intently from the office doorway, a new plan forming in his eyes.

KEN (on screen, to caller): Yes, the quarterly reports look promising...

Panel 2:Pixel carefully nudges a lightweight dining chair from the dining area, slowly dragging it towards the kitchen. He's very focused.

Panel 3:Close-up on Pixel's face as he strains, pushing the chair. His brow is furrowed with effort, and a tiny 'sweat' bead appears on his fur, adding to the comedic anthropomorphism.

SFX: GRRRR... HNNNGH!

Panel 4:Pixel successfully positions the dining chair next to the Kitchen Counter, directly beneath the 'Treat Jar'. He looks up at his handiwork with satisfaction.

PIXEL (THOUGHT BUBBLE): Perfect.

Panel 5:Pixel leaps gracefully (or as gracefully as a fluffy dog can) onto the seat of the dining chair.

SFX: THUMP!

Panel 6:Pixel stands on the chair, his front paws easily reaching the 'Treat Jar'. A triumphant, almost villainous grin spreads across his face.

PIXEL (THOUGHT BUBBLE): Checkmate, Ken.

PAGE 7

Panel 1:Close-up on Pixel's paws as he grips the 'Treat Jar'. He starts to jiggle it vigorously, trying to loosen the lid or make treats fall out.

SFX: CLINK! CLUNK! RATTLE!

Panel 2:Ken, still on his video call in the office, hears a faint clatter. He furrows his brow, momentarily distracted, but continues his conversation.

KEN (on screen): ...yes, so we'll need to re-evaluate the budget next quarter...

Panel 3:Pixel, with a final, mighty jiggle, manages to knock the 'Treat Jar' slightly, causing one perfect treat to tumble out onto the Kitchen Counter.

SFX: CLUNK! (THUMP!)

Panel 4:Pixel's eyes widen. He quickly snatches the fallen treat in his mouth, a look of pure, unadulterated joy on his face.

PIXEL (THOUGHT BUBBLE): Success!

Panel 5:Ken walks into the kitchen, ending his video call, looking around with a puzzled expression. He heard something, but isn't sure what.

KEN: ...Alright, I'll call you back. Something's... up.

Panel 6:Ken's eyes widen as he sees the dining chair out of place, next to the Kitchen Counter, and the 'Treat Jar' slightly ajar. He then looks down at Pixel, who is now sitting innocently on the floor, tail wagging slowly.

PAGE 8

Panel 1:Close-up on Pixel's face. A tiny bit of treat crumbs is visible on his chin. He has a satisfied, smug, almost triumphant look, eyes sparkling mischievously.

PIXEL (THOUGHT BUBBLE): Mmm. Worth it.

Panel 2:Ken points at the dining chair, then the slightly open 'Treat Jar', then at Pixel. His mouth is open, trying to find the words, a mixture of disbelief and amusement on his face.

KEN: You... you moved the... and then you...?!

Panel 3:Ken sighs, a deep, exasperated but ultimately fond sigh. He kneels down to Pixel, shaking his head.

KEN: Unbelievable. You really are something else, aren't you?

Panel 4:Ken gives Pixel a gentle head rub. Pixel leans into the touch, tail wagging furiously now, purring contentedly.

Panel 5:Ken picks up the 'Treat Jar', closes it securely, and places it in a high cabinet, shaking his head with a small smile. The dining chair is put back in its place.

KEN: Alright, no more treat heists for you today, mister.

Panel 6:Ken walks away, a knowing smile on his face. Pixel remains sitting, giving a final, cheeky wink to the reader. A single, empty treat wrapper lies on the floor next to him, a subtle testament to his success.

PIXEL (THOUGHT BUBBLE): Today, Ken. Today.
