The Void Operators Elon
Four elite operators that work out of a unit called ISA. A special division of the ISA that has to fund its own projects to stay afloat so no one knows they exist, other than the shadow government that runs the DARPA and other US govt entities that are beyond top secret. Their first mission is to shoot a courier for the Yakuza and his 12 body guards in a 13th floor hotel room. THey are carrying 300 million worth of diamonds in two suitcases. The lead operator Jack is on the 13th floor outside the room waiting for the shot. The black man thin, very muscular, is on the rooftop a mile away and fires the shot from a massive sniper rifle. Hits through the glass and kills four yakuza off the bat. Then the middle eastern agent outside the room with Jack, the tall white thin athletic leader breaks into the room by using his cell phone and armed with silenced handguns shoots them all in the head in 4 seconds. The asian lady that is small and behind a large computer screen is monitoring everything and talking them through it and organizing everything. Jack and keenan the middle eastern man take the two suitcases and take the elevator down. The black agent Jack is waiting downstairs in a black lexus limousine for them. They then pick. up Jada, the asian lady at another building. They all proceed to get onto a private jet to fly to Panama to exchange the diamonds for funds in a Papal bank account with the vatican that is safe from prying eyes. On the plane they look at the diamonds. they take some champgne and toast to funding more secret projects through the ISA. That allows them to use all US govt assets with the presidential seal, so to access no questions asked.
Month 2 and most of the Hungry Hippo is built internally. The technology for the outer shell is taking a bit to acquire the machinery to make it. In the meantime, Harry has taken his entire crew from his last Virginia-class nuclear submarine. Sheila, the quantum AI, made the new sub very similar to the old tech, so the crew wouldn’t have that much difficulty adjusting. Captain Eragon had been promoted to 2-star admiral for this mission to ensure he had no snags when trying to get things done on his own in the Navy, and if necessary, to use Drew’s presidential authority to get anything he wanted accomplished. Harry also requested that 8 Navy SEALs always be on his vessel and around him. Just in case he needed something serious done. He didn’t want the seals dressing in clothing they didn’t feel comfortable with. So they could dress how they liked and let their hair and beard regulations go, as long as they were comfortable, things got done. The rest of the crew realized who they were and always tried to excel at physical fitness because of them. It was a boost for the crew. Drew went from looking at the computer screen with Marissa to going out with Harry to the actual construction site, where they had triple the number of engineers, welders, carpenters, and nuclear physicists, and everything you could think of and more. Drew had the living quarters constructed and staffed like the Four Seasons with Four seasons. Managers and staff. Only the best for the crew, seals, and contractors. The food, Drew had Michelin chefs flown in. The battleship, a carrier, three destroyers, and support craft all arrived in Northern Norway to facilitate the façade. Also, additional ships were being brought into Britain, the Strait of Hormuz to make things appear across the board normal. Drew gave James the month off to spend with his wife. Drew let Winston the butler know to increase security. Drew told James to mull things about for making a device to be able to sense the nuclear submarine with new technology under the artic. Drew called up someone to ask if he could assist. Drew called and said, “Hey Elon, this is Drew from the the entity that doesn’t exist. I need something that can trake a UUV in the artic when a country does a test of it. I need data mule craft and drones that will scour the sea in a 600 mile grid. I was thinking $30,000 a pop and rather than you give me 3,300 you give me 10,000 of these for national security interests and I hook you up in the future. Elon stayed silent for a few minutes on the phone, he is literally a genius and thinking through his supply chain and cost and labor. Elon when do you need it by. Drew said 2-3 weeks. Elon whistled and said, “Done”. Welcome aboard, Elon, to Operation Hungry Hippo. Elon laughed. Nice speaking to you again Drew. They hung up the phones. Elon picked up the phone and started making phone calls, and went straight to his computer and started typing things into Grok. Except a much more capable version that the civilians are allowed to access.

Panel 1:A sprawling industrial construction facility deep in Northern Norway. Massive steel frameworks rise against a pale Arctic sky. Welders in protective gear work on the outer hull of an enormous submarine structure. Engineers in hard hats move across scaffolding. In the foreground, Drew stands with a tablet, observing the construction with calm authority. Admiral Harry Eragon, a weathered Navy captain with sharp eyes and grey-tinged hair, stands beside him in dress uniform, pointing toward a section of the hull.
“Drew: The outer shell is the only bottleneck now. Harry Eragon: How long until we can test the core systems?”
Panel 2:Inside the facility's administrative building, a wall-mounted calendar shows "MONTH 2" circled in red. A detailed blueprint of the Hungry Hippo submarine is pinned next to it. On a desk, a tablet displays Marissa's quantum AI system—labeled "Sheila"—running complex submarine design algorithms. Marissa sits at the workstation, reviewing data readouts with laser-focused concentration.
“Marissa: Sheila modeled the crew transition. They'll adapt in three weeks.”
Narrator:“The quantum AI had designed the Hungry Hippo to mirror Virginia-class architecture. Familiarity meant faster integration.”
Panel 3:A sprawling residential compound adjacent to the construction site. A Four Seasons-style hotel building stands among Arctic pines, its modern architecture incongruous with the wilderness. Well-dressed staff move through pristine corridors. Outside, Navy SEALs in casual civilian clothes—jeans, t-shirts, long hair and beards unfettered by military regulation—play basketball on a court overlooking the fjord. They move with lethal grace despite the relaxed attire. Other submarine crew members watch from the sidelines, visibly impressed.
“First Officer: They're already setting the physical fitness standard for the entire crew.”
Narrator:“Eight SEALs, no dress code restrictions, no compromises. Drew's investment in their comfort paid dividends in crew morale.”
Panel 4:An industrial kitchen facility with stainless-steel prep stations and professional-grade equipment. Michelin-starred chefs in white chef coats move with practiced precision, preparing an elegant dinner service. Sous chefs plate intricate dishes. The aroma and visual elegance of haute cuisine fill the frame. A delivery truck marked "Four Seasons Culinary Services" is visible through a window.
Narrator:“The best submarine crew in history would eat like diplomats, not sailors.”
Panel 5:A secure military estate outside Salt Lake City, Utah. A sprawling mansion sits on manicured grounds, ringed by discreet security checkpoints. Inside, a spacious living room with tall windows overlooking snow-capped mountains. James Archuleta sits on a plush sofa with his wife—a long-haired brunette in nurse scrubs—and two young daughters: one in a cartoon character shirt, one with brown hair in a casual dress. They're laughing together, relaxed. A butler in formal attire—Winston—stands in the background, speaking quietly into a radio.
“James Archuleta's Wife: This place is like a dream, James. James Archuleta: You deserve every second of it.”
Narrator:“A month away from the darkness. Time to be a husband and father.”
Panel 6:James sits alone in a high-tech study within the mansion. Multiple monitors display Arctic ocean topography, submarine detection algorithms, and sensor specifications. He types on a keyboard, sketching out conceptual designs for a new detection device. On the wall, a framed photo shows the Void Operators team. His expression is focused but conflicted—torn between family time and the weight of the mission ahead.
“James Archuleta: A device to track UUVs under Arctic ice. That's the real puzzle.”
Narrator:“Drew had tasked him with the impossible: sensing what was designed to be invisible.”
PAGE 2
Panel 1:A sleek, minimalist office in Austin, Texas. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the city skyline. Elon Musk sits at a glass desk, phone to his ear, his expression intensely focused. His other hand is poised over a wireless mouse connected to multiple high-resolution monitors displaying drone schematics, supply-chain logistics, and manufacturing timelines. The office is sparse but filled with cutting-edge technology.
“Drew: I need 10,000 data-mule drones. Arctic-capable. Two-to-three weeks. That's the budget. National security imperative. Elon Musk: Thirty thousand per unit?”
Narrator:“The call that would blur the line between Silicon Valley and shadow government.”
Panel 2:Elon sits in silence on the phone, his jaw working slightly as he calculates. His eyes dart across the monitors in front of him. Seconds tick by—five, ten, fifteen. His hand drums once on the desk. Then he leans back in his chair, a slight smile crossing his face.
“Elon Musk: When do you need them? Drew: Two-to-three weeks.”
Panel 3:Elon's expression hardens with determination. He sits forward, gripping the armrests of his chair. His voice drops to a focused, intense tone.
“Elon Musk: Done. Welcome aboard, Elon, to Operation Hungry Hippo.”
Panel 4:Elon laughs—a sharp, genuine sound of recognition and camaraderie. He shakes his head slightly, amused by the audacity of the operation.
“Elon Musk: Nice speaking to you again, Drew.”
Panel 5:The phone call ends. Elon immediately sets down his phone and pivots his chair toward the monitors. His fingers fly across the keyboard with extraordinary speed. On the screens, we see supply-chain data, manufacturing schedules, and component inventories scrolling rapidly. He opens a chat interface with his AI system—a far more advanced version than the civilian Grok—and begins typing detailed manufacturing specifications.
