Cooking Catastrophe
A cooking competition where every contestant is terrible. The judges must pretend to enjoy increasingly bizarre dishes while maintaining their dignity on live TV.
A cooking competition is underway, but the contestants are all terrible cooks. In the first round, one contestant presents a dish of burnt toast and raw eggs. The judges, Chef Remy and Madame Evonne, struggle to maintain composure and find something positive to say about the awful dish. Chef Remy attempts to eat the dish, but struggles. Madame Evonne tries to give constructive criticism.

Panel 1:Wide shot of the cooking competition set. Bright lights, a large banner reading 'Cooking Catastrophe,' and three cooking stations. Two judges, Chef Remy and Madame Evonne, are seated at a table facing the stations. A contestant, Agnes, stands nervously at her station.
“ANNOUNCER (O/S): Welcome back to Cooking Catastrophe, where the only thing hotter than the ovens are the messes! Let's see what our first contestant has cooked up!”
Panel 2:Close-up on Agnes, presenting her dish: a plate with blackened toast and runny, almost translucent eggs.
“AGNES: I call it... 'Sunrise Surprise'!”
Panel 3:Close-up on Chef Remy. He's trying to maintain a professional demeanor, but his eye is twitching slightly as he looks at the dish.
“CHEF REMY: (Through gritted teeth) Fascinating presentation, Agnes.”
Panel 4:Close-up on Madame Evonne. She's holding a monocle to her eye, peering at the dish with a forced smile. She's holding a notepad and pen.
“MADAME EVONNE: (Sweetly) The... the stark contrast between the textures is certainly... bold.”
Panel 5:Chef Remy takes a bite of the 'Sunrise Surprise'. His face contorts in disgust, but he tries to swallow it.
“CHEF REMY: (Muffled) A... a truly... unique flavor profile.”
Panel 6:Madame Evonne is writing furiously in her notepad, still smiling. Agnes watches the judges nervously.
“MADAME EVONNE: (To herself, writing) Note to self: Schedule a thorough palate cleansing. And perhaps a tetanus shot.”
