About Ozone Comics Born out of a lifelong passion for storytelling, Ozone Comics is a proudly Black-owned, Georgia-based publishing company founded by dedicated comic book enthusiasts. We believe in creating expansive universes and authentic narratives that push the boundaries of conventional storytelling. Our mission is to deliver multidimensional, character-driven stories that blend urban culture with extraordinary circumstances, gritty realism, and raw, unfiltered emotion. Our Focus and Publications While our roots are deeply embedded in comic book culture, the scope of Ozone Comics' catalog encompasses urban sci-fi, high-stakes espionage prose, and emotionally resonant poetry. Our focus is highlighted by the diverse array of genres and voices we publish: * Urban Sci-Fi & Superhero Epics: Our flagship universe is anchored by titles such as The Story of Jade Jones and Kareem / Komatose You Know You, written by Virgo. We ground our stories in authentic urban environments, featuring characters that navigate college fraternity life and the R&B music industry. We seamlessly weave these relatable settings with extraordinary sci-fi elements, introducing "Skybrid" mutants and mutant detention centers. These thrilling narratives are driven by deep interpersonal drama, such as a father named Jake fighting to protect his young daughter, Jade, amidst superpowered chaos. * Gritty, High-Stakes Espionage: Ozone Comics expands beyond sequential art into gripping psychological thrillers, prominently featuring the novel Professionally Dishonest by Repo Mann.
