Whispers in the Attic
by Sanjoy Ghosh
About this video
A young child hears faint whispering drifting down from the attic and follows the sound up a creaking staircase. Inside the dusty attic, a forgotten music box sits in a beam of moonlight and begins to play on its own. As the haunting melody fills the air, the shadows on the walls stretch and twist into dancing shapes. The child watches, wide-eyed and breathless, as the shadows reach toward her and the music swells. Made by Sanjoy Ghosh.
