Make an animated comic from your narrated video.
Story Videos turns any comic issue into a short, shareable film. The AI writes the voiceover, scores it with music, and animates your panels — using the same characters you already created.
From comic to short in four steps
No timeline editing, no upload juggling. Pick an issue and ComicInk does the writing, voicing, and animating for you.
Pick an issue
Open any comic issue you've made. Its pages, panels, and characters become the storyboard.
AI writes the voiceover
ComicInk drafts a narrated script scene by scene, then voices it — you can tweak any line.
Your characters animate
Each scene is rendered with motion and native audio, keeping your characters on-model throughout.

Built on your characters
Most AI video tools start from scratch every clip. Story Videos starts from the comic you already built — so the cast, the look, and the story stay consistent.
Consistent characters
Your character avatars feed every scene, so faces and outfits stay on-model across the whole video.
Voiceover + music
AI narration and a background score are generated and mixed for you — no separate audio tools.
Captions, baked in
Readable captions are burned into the video automatically, so it plays well on muted feeds.

Pay only for what you render
Story Videos run on the same universal credits as the rest of ComicInk. There's no subscription — buy a credit pack and a longer video simply uses more.

Story video FAQ
What is a Story Video?
It's a short narrated film made from one of your comic issues. ComicInk writes a voiceover, adds music and captions, and animates your panels into a video you can share or download.
Do my characters stay consistent?
Yes. Your existing character avatars are passed into every scene, so the same faces and outfits carry through the whole video instead of being re-invented each clip.
How much does a video cost?
Videos use credits based on length — about 151 credits per second at 720p, so a 30-second short is roughly 4500 credits. There's no subscription; you only pay for what you render.
How long can a video be?
Story Videos are short by design — built from a handful of scenes per issue, typically up to around a minute. Longer comics produce longer videos, which simply use more credits.
Where can I watch or share them?
When a video is ready you can publish it to your public ComicInk gallery or download the MP4 to post on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or anywhere else.
