Dark Duck Unconquered
In the climactic finale of Issue 3, the hero team Reccie, Tiger, Zjaivon, and Amoré faces The Dark Duck in a devastating battle within James Mitchell's corporate tower. When The Dark Duck activates a gauntlet control, he transforms into the neon-powered Strobe-Duck, unleashing devastating kinetic energy that sends the heroes flying. Reccie rallies her team by calling upon a pride of big cats across the city through an ultrasonic whistle, summoning lions, panthers, leopards, and jaguars to swarm the mercenaries and neutralize the threat. As Strobe-Duck staggers under the onslaught, Tiger shifts from his massive orange tabby form back into his humanoid shape mid-air, tackles the villain, and jams a power-core override remote directly into Strobe-Duck's chest plate, short-circuiting his suit and draining his neon power. Zjaivon secures the defeated villain with cyber-cuffs while Reccie scratches a final mark of victory on Mitchell's desk. The issue ends with the team triumphant, their friendship and unity stronger than ever as another threat to the city is neutralized.

Panel 1:The executive office erupts in chaos as crimson tracer fire streaks across the room. Zjaivon crouches behind overturned furniture, weapon raised, laying down suppressive fire at a squad of heavily armored mercenaries in matte-black tactical gear with glowing crimson visors. Their futuristic assault rifles flash with return fire. Reccie stands on the mahogany desk, eyes sharp and alert. Tiger's massive orange tabby form—easily twelve feet tall—crouches low, muscles coiled. Shattered glass from the smart-glass windows falls in slow spirals.
Panel 2:The Dark Duck steps forward through the smoke, his matte-black armored trench coat and metallic duck-skull helmet gleaming. One taloned hand presses a glowing gauntlet control pad on his wrist. His amber optical visors narrow with malicious intent.
“The Dark Duck: Fools! You thought I was merely a bird of prey?”
Panel 3:A blinding wave of kinetic energy ripples outward in concentric rings of neon light. The Dark Duck's body convulses and expands as he absorbs power from the building's electrical grid—his armor now pulsing with an iridescent neon aura of electric blues, purples, and whites. His form grows larger, more imposing, wings beginning to spread wider.
“The Dark Duck: Behold—Strobe-Duck! Brighter, faster, infinitely deadlier!”
Narrator:“The transformation complete—a villain reborn in blinding light.”
Panel 4:A deafening sonic boom erupts as Strobe-Duck unleashes a kinetic pulse. Zjaivon is hurled backward, his body crashing hard against the reinforced office wall, leaving a crack in the plaster. His weapon skitters across the floor. Reccie is thrown off the mahogany desk, tumbling through the air. Tiger—his massive tabby form offering no traction on the slick tile floor—slides helplessly across the room, claws scraping uselessly against the polished surface, his body finally slamming into a filing cabinet.
Panel 5:Strobe-Duck towers in the center of the office, his massive form silhouetted against the neon glow radiating from his suit. His wings spread impossibly wide, spanning nearly the full width of the room. Crackling arcs of electrical energy dance across his armor. The three heroes are sprawled on the floor—Zjaivon gasping against the wall, Reccie coughing as she rises to her knees, Tiger shaking his head and struggling to stand.
“Strobe-Duck: Any last words before I fry this skyscraper?”
Panel 6:Close on Reccie's face as she wipes a smudge of soot from her cheek. Her eyes flash with a feral, calculating glint—a predator's gleam of strategy and defiance. She reaches into her tactical vest and pulls out a small, sleek ultrasonic distress whistle, bringing it to her lips.
“Reccie: You brought a laser pointer to a lion fight.”
PAGE 2
Panel 1:Reccie blows the whistle—no visible sound, but the silent command travels across the city. The camera pulls back to show the office from an exterior angle: the high-rise tower stands against a clear daytime sky. Smart-glass windows are shattered and smoking from the battle.
“Reccie: Meow-siah, answer the call.”
Narrator:“A silent summons that carries across miles—heard only by apex predators.”
Panel 2:Through the shattered smart-glass windows, a deafening roar shakes the entire floor. A massive lion launches itself through the broken glass, its mane billowing, teeth bared. Behind it, a sleek black panther follows, claws extended. A spotted leopard and a muscular jaguar pour in through the window openings, their eyes blazing with predatory focus. The big cats land on the office floor with thunderous impact, their muscles rippling beneath their fur.
Panel 3:The pride swarms across the office floor. The lion pins a mercenary to the ground, the panther disarms another with a slash across his weapon arm, the leopard and jaguar move with surgical precision, each targeting a separate combatant. The mercenaries scatter, shouting in panic, their coordinated formation shattered in seconds. Weapons clatter to the floor.
Panel 4:Strobe-Duck staggers backward, momentarily disoriented by the sudden chaos surrounding him. His neon aura flickers and dims slightly as he processes the new threat. Teeth, claws, fur, and eyes of the big cats surround him on all sides. The lion circles him, muscles coiled. The panther crouches low, ready to strike.
“Strobe-Duck: What is this?! Get these mangy beasts off me!”
Panel 5:Under a sturdy mahogany desk, James Mitchell huddles, his expensive suit disheveled and torn. Sweat beads on his forehead. His trembling hand holds a small glowing remote device—the power-core override remote. His eyes are wide with terror, but also desperation as he watches Tiger struggle to his feet.
“James Mitchell: Tiger! If he blows this building, my quarterly bonuses are ruined!”
Panel 6:Tiger, still in his massive orange tabby form, shakes off the shockwave and comes to his paws. His whiskers tremble. His eyes lock on James Mitchell's terrified face as the executive extends the remote device toward him.
“James Mitchell: Jam it into his suit's central core while he's distracted! Tiger: Never thought I'd say this—good human.”
PAGE 3
Panel 1:Tiger grabs the remote from James Mitchell's hand, his massive tabby paw closing around it. His body tenses with focus and determination. Behind him, the big cats continue to circle and harass Strobe-Duck, keeping the villain distracted and off-balance.
“Tiger: Hold my catnip.”
Panel 2:Tiger launches himself from a filing cabinet with explosive force, his massive tabby body rocketing through the air. Mid-leap, his form begins to shift and transform—bones cracking, muscles rippling, fur retracting. By the apex of his jump, he has fully transformed back into his towering humanoid form, his human musculature now rippling with power.
Narrator:“A transformation mid-air—beast and man converging in a single, perfect moment.”
Panel 3:Tiger, now in his humanoid form, crashes into Strobe-Duck with full force. Their bodies collide mid-flight, and both villain and hero tumble across the office floor, crashing through overturned furniture. The big cats scatter momentarily to avoid being crushed.
Panel 4:Tiger pins Strobe-Duck's upper body to the floor with one hand. With his other hand, he raises the power-core override remote high. Strobe-Duck's head is twisted toward Tiger, his amber optical visors flaring with panic and rage. The neon aura surrounding his suit intensifies momentarily.
“Tiger: Time to clip your wings, bird-brain.”
Panel 5:Tiger jams the power-core override remote directly into Strobe-Duck's chest plate. On impact, the device sinks into a recessed slot in the armor. Immediately, the neon energy surrounding the suit reverses direction—instead of radiating outward, it violently implodes inward. A shower of brilliant blue sparks erupts from every seam in the armor. The suit convulses.
Panel 6:Strobe-Duck's massive form goes rigid, then collapses completely. His wings droop lifelessly. The neon aura fades to nothing. His armor is dark and smoking. The villain lies prone on the floor, breathing heavily, completely drained of power and mobility. His voice is weak and gasping.
“Strobe-Duck: This isn't... the pecking order...”
PAGE 4
Panel 1:Zjaivon steps forward from where he was thrown against the wall, his expression focused and professional. He holds a pair of high-security cyber-cuffs—sleek metallic restraints with glowing blue energy conduits running along their edges. He moves toward the defeated Strobe-Duck with measured, deliberate steps.
Panel 2:Zjaivon slaps the high-security cyber-cuffs onto Strobe-Duck's wrists with a decisive click. The energy conduits flare bright blue, and the restraints lock with an audible hum. Strobe-Duck's arms are now completely immobilized.
“Zjaivon: The pecking order just got revoked.”
Panel 3:Zjaivon stands over the restrained villain, his posture commanding and certain. Strobe-Duck lies defeated at his feet, completely immobilized. Behind them, the big cats continue to prowl through the office, now calm and watchful, their predatory instincts satisfied.
“Zjaivon: Federal prison has a lovely cage waiting for you.”
Panel 4:The big cats purr in victory throughout the office. Their massive forms are silhouetted against the shattered smart-glass windows. The lion, panther, leopard, and jaguar move with satisfied grace, their predatory work complete. Dust and debris settle slowly through the air.
Panel 5:Reccie steps over the defeated Strobe-Duck, her expression calm and satisfied. She walks toward the mahogany desk with deliberate, confident strides. Her claws extend slightly as she approaches the pristine wood surface.
Panel 6:Reccie reaches the mahogany desk and casually drags her claws across its pristine edge, leaving four parallel gouges in the expensive wood. A small, satisfied smirk plays across her face. Behind her, Tiger stands in his humanoid form, watching with an amused expression. Zjaivon stands nearby, arms crossed. The big cats purr around them.
“Reccie: Another case closed. That villain really needed to be put in his place.”
