LITTLE NINJAS ASSESS.

Little ninjas assess.

Pharaoh, Egypt, Harmony, and Journey “JOBO” are the LA Little Ninjas. Pharaoh is the team leader, Egypt brings speed and precision, Harmony is the spirit of the team, and JOBO is the unpredictable powerhouse. When the villain Nightcap unleashes chaos across the city, the four young heroes are sent to stop him. Nightcap is their ENEMY and is NOT a member or ally of the Little Ninjas. He uses tricks, traps, smoke, and dangerous weapons to separate the team, but the Little Ninjas fight back by moving as one. Pharaoh leads the attack, Egypt strikes with speed, Harmony keeps the team together, and JOBO delivers powerful attacks while sarcastically taunting her enemies with her signature catchphrase, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!” The Little Ninjas must defeat Nightcap and prove that discipline, family, and teamwork are stronger than chaos.

Issue #1 of the LA Little Ninjas. PAGE 1

Panel 1:Wide aerial shot of downtown Los Angeles at night. City lights stretch to the horizon. Smoke rises from a street below — purple and black clouds billowing from a cracked smoke bomb on the pavement. Neon signs flicker. The street is empty of civilians, scattered with overturned food cart debris.

Narrator:Los Angeles. Tonight, chaos has a name.

PAGE 2

Panel 1:Nightcap perches on the edge of a rooftop ledge, silhouetted against the smoggy LA sky. He wears a dark jester-style cap with a crescent moon emblem, a long asymmetric coat, and a belt loaded with smoke canisters. He fans a hand of razor joker cards between two fingers, grinning wide. His grappling chain hangs coiled at his hip.

Nightcap: The Little Ninjas are coming. Good.

Panel 2:Nightcap hurls a fistful of razor joker cards off the rooftop edge. The cards spin and flash, cutting through a streetlight pole below. Sparks explode. The street goes dark in one block.

Nightcap: Let's see how they handle the dark.

Panel 3:Four figures sprint across a rooftop on the opposite side of the street in tight formation. Pharaoh Calhoun leads at the front — muscular, focused, ninja gear with the gold LA crown monogram on his chest. Egypt runs to his left — lean, low, arms pumping. Harmony runs to his right — bright energy, light on her feet. Journee 'JOBO' anchors the rear — stocky and powerful, grinning.

Pharaoh Calhoun: Eyes up. Nightcap's already making moves.

Panel 4:Close-up on Journee 'JOBO's face — wide grin, one eyebrow raised, eyes locked forward with fearless confidence. Her LA crown monogram glints on her collar.

Journee "Jobo": HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Nightcap. We're already here.

PAGE 3

Panel 1:The four ninjas drop from the rooftop to street level — Pharaoh Calhoun lands first in a deep combat crouch, one fist on the ground. Egypt lands beside him already rising to a sprint stance. Harmony touches down in a gymnast's landing. JOBO drops last with a heavy BOOM, cracking the pavement slightly under both feet.

Panel 2:A volley of razor joker cards SLICES through the air from above — three cards spinning toward the team like bladed frisbees, trailing red streaks.

Pharaoh Calhoun: Cards! Break and reform — NOW!

Panel 3:Egypt bursts into a full sprint blur — a speed-line streak of motion — ducking under two cards simultaneously. Her outline is barely visible inside the blur, arms tucked.

Panel 4:Harmony cartwheels sideways over one spinning card — her hand plants on the pavement, body arcs perfectly horizontal above the blade. Her face is calm and focused mid-movement.

Panel 5:JOBO bats a razor joker card out of the air with a powerful open-palm slap. The card ricochets away, sparking against a wall. JOBO's hand is uncut — she wears reinforced gloves. She looks at her hand, then at the card, then grins.

Journee "Jobo": HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Caught that one.

PAGE 4

Panel 1:Nightcap swings down from the rooftop on his grappling chain — arc wide across the street, coat billowing, razor cards fanned in his free hand. He hurls two smoke bombs ahead of him as he swings. They detonate on the street below in twin purple-black explosions.

Nightcap: Smoke and chaos, kids. Classic combo.

Panel 2:The smoke engulfs the street. Pharaoh Calhoun stands back-to-back with Harmony in the smoke cloud — both in combat stance, scanning. Pharaoh's jaw is set. Harmony's arms are out for balance.

Pharaoh Calhoun: Harmony — you feel them? Harmony: Egypt's left. JOBO's right. We're still together.

Panel 3:Nightcap drops from his chain swing and lands directly between Egypt and JOBO, separating them. He spreads his arms wide with a theatrical bow, grinning.

Nightcap: There it is. Divided.

Panel 4:Egypt and JOBO stand on opposite sides of Nightcap. Egypt's fists are raised, weight forward. JOBO is already mid-step forward, pointing at Nightcap with a grin.

Journee "Jobo": Divided? Bro — we're surrounding you.

PAGE 5

Panel 1:Nightcap whips his grappling chain in a wide horizontal arc, forcing Egypt and JOBO to leap back. The chain cuts through a fire hydrant, sending a column of water spraying into the air.

Nightcap: The chain doesn't care which ninja it hits!

Panel 2:Pharaoh Calhoun bursts through the thinning smoke at full sprint, leading with his shoulder. His gold LA crown monogram is visible on his chest through the smoke wisps.

Pharaoh Calhoun: Egypt — I'm coming through! Set him up!

Panel 3:Egypt is already moving — a blinding speed-blur streak that loops around Nightcap's right side. She drives two rapid-fire palm strikes into Nightcap's right arm, knocking the grappling chain loose. The chain clatters to the wet pavement.

Panel 4:Nightcap staggers back, arm numb, eyes wide. For the first time his grin falters — his jaw drops slightly, brow furrowed, eyes locked on the chain on the ground.

Nightcap: That — that wasn't supposed to happen.

Panel 5:Harmony backflips off a parked car hood and lands directly behind Nightcap, cutting off his retreat. She plants her feet in a wide combat stance, arms raised, blocking the alley exit behind him. She gives a cheerful but fierce smile.

Harmony: Nowhere to go. We've got all sides.

PAGE 6

Panel 1:Full overhead bird's-eye view: Nightcap stands in the center of the frame. Pharaoh Calhoun faces him from the north. Egypt from the west. Harmony from the south. JOBO from the east. The four form a perfect diamond around him. The grappling chain lies on the wet pavement between them, gleaming.

Narrator:Four corners. One target. Zero exits.

Panel 2:Nightcap reaches into his coat and pulls out his cursed Nightcap bottle — a dark glass bottle with a glowing purple liquid inside and a jester stopper. He holds it up like a trophy, grinning again. His confidence is back, teeth showing.

Nightcap: You forgot about my ace, little ninjas. The Nightcap bottle. Game-changer.

Panel 3:Pharaoh Calhoun's eyes narrow — a sharp, decisive look. He raises one fist and gives a single sharp downward signal with his other hand — the command to attack.

Pharaoh Calhoun: JOBO. Finish it.

PAGE 7

Panel 1:JOBO explodes forward from a dead stop — legs driving like pistons, arms pulled back for a massive two-handed strike. Her LA crown monogram blazes gold on her chest. Her face is locked in a fierce grin. Speed lines radiate from her body in all directions.

Journee "Jobo": HAPPY BIRTHDAY —

Panel 2:JOBO connects — a massive double-fisted forward strike drives directly into Nightcap's chest. The impact is enormous: the Nightcap bottle flies from his grip, razor joker cards scatter upward like confetti, his coat billows back violently, and his feet leave the ground. A shockwave ring radiates outward from the impact point.

Journee "Jobo": — NIGHTCAP!

Panel 3:Nightcap slams into a brick wall across the street — back flat against it, arms spread, legs buckled. Razor joker cards and smoke canisters fall around his feet. The Nightcap bottle shatters on the pavement below him, purple liquid pooling. He slumps, dazed, head lolling forward.

Panel 4:Wide shot: The four Little Ninjas stand together in a tight group facing the defeated Nightcap across the street. Pharaoh Calhoun in front, arms crossed. Egypt beside him, hands on hips. Harmony to the other side, arms folded with a bright smile. JOBO behind them, knuckles still crackling, grinning the widest of all. Their LA crown monograms gleam gold on each of their uniforms.

Pharaoh Calhoun: That's what happens when you come for the family.

PAGE 8

Panel 1:Close-up on Nightcap's face — eye half-open, lip split, jester cap tilted sideways. His arrogant grin is gone. He stares up at the four ninjas with a look of pure disbelief, brow furrowed, mouth barely open.

Nightcap: You kids... actually work as one.

Panel 2:JOBO crouches to Nightcap's eye level — elbows on knees, face right in front of his, grin enormous and unbothered. Her gold LA crown monogram is visible at her collar.

Journee "Jobo": HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Same time next week?

Panel 3:Wide shot of the four Little Ninjas walking away down the center of the empty LA street — backs to camera, side by side, silhouetted against the glow of the city skyline. Pharaoh Calhoun in the center-left, Egypt to his left, Harmony to his right, JOBO on the far right. The gold LA crown monograms on their backs catch the city light. The street behind them is scattered with fallen smoke canisters and joker cards.

Narrator:Discipline. Family. Teamwork. The Little Ninjas don't just fight — they move as one.

Panel 4:Final panel — tight close-up on JOBO's grinning face over her shoulder, half-turned back toward the reader. One eye visible, teeth gleaming, gold crown monogram catching light at her collar. The city glows behind her.

Journee "Jobo": Happy Birthday.
