Frequently Asked Questions

Q.01Do I need the subscription?

Yes — a plan is what unlocks the studio and gives you credits every month: 1,500 on ComicInk Basic, 4,500 on ComicInk Plus. Credit packs are top-ups on top of an active plan.

Q.02Which plan should I pick?

ComicInk Basic ($9.99/mo) is made for comics: 1,500 credits is about 30 pages a month, with 150 Sidekick messages. ComicInk Plus ($19.99/mo) is for long series and story videos: 4,500 credits a month and unlimited Sidekick.

Q.03Do credits expire?

No! Credits never expire and can be used anytime. Buy once, use whenever you need them.

Q.04What happens if I run out of credits?

You can purchase more credits at any time. Your work is always saved, even if you run out.

Q.05What happens if I cancel?

Your comics stay yours, and any credits you've already earned or bought remain yours to render comics or videos. Sidekick, the chat editor, stops working though.

Q.06Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if credits haven't been used. Contact us for help.
