Intimate images shared without consent

If ComicInk shows an intimate or sexual image of you that you did not agree to share, real or made with AI, you can ask us to remove it. You do not need an account. Under the US TAKE IT DOWN Act, we remove the image within 48 hours of a valid request, along with any copies we know of, and we refuse later uploads of the same image.

A valid request includes a link to the content (or enough to find it), a statement that you believe in good faith it was shared without consent, your contact email, and your typed full name as a signature. You can ask for yourself or for someone you are authorised to act for. We email you a reference number straight away, and again when the content is removed.

  • If a platform will not act on your request, you can tell the US Federal Trade Commission at TakeItDown.ftc.gov.
  • StopNCII.org helps stop intimate images spreading across many sites at once.
  • If the image shows someone under 18, use NCMEC's Take It Down service as well. We report such images to NCMEC.
